Building clean, fast websites in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Jekyll, from small business sites to personal projects, with attention to detail and things that actually work.
web development · shopify · customer service
Bradford-based, calm, capable, and direct: the kind of person a small business owner feels comfortable handing their website to.
I build websites and Shopify stores, and I bring genuine customer service experience to every project. I know what it's like to be on the other end of a support ticket, not just build the software behind it. Before tech, I trained in law, which sharpened my attention to detail and gave me the habit of explaining things plainly, without jargon.
This site is a working record of that path: current projects, technical write-ups, and a hands-on e-commerce role I chose over the traditional college route, alongside a growing interest in IT and cyber security. I use it to track progress and show the work, not just talk about it.

Hands-on with Shopify day to day: store setup, theme customisation, and how a live storefront actually runs behind the scenes. Practical experience I bring straight into freelance and client work.
A genuine customer service background, not just client-facing polish. I know what good support feels like, and I build that same care into every client relationship.
Developing skills in Linux, networking, and security fundamentals through the NCFE Level 3 course, Cisco Academy, and hands-on labs, alongside the core web and e-commerce work.
