Bradford-based, calm, capable, and direct: the kind of person a small business owner feels comfortable handing their website to.
I build websites and Shopify stores, and I bring genuine customer service experience to every project. I know what it's like to be on the other end of a support ticket, not just build the software behind it. Before tech, I trained in law, which sharpened my attention to detail and gave me the habit of explaining things plainly, without jargon.
This site is a working record of that path: current projects, technical write-ups, and a hands-on e-commerce role I chose over the traditional college route, alongside a growing interest in IT and cyber security. I use it to track progress and show the work, not just talk about it.

Practical experience I bring straight into freelance and client work.
